This website (the “Site”) is operated by Elino Trading Limited, the company behind Aurélie Archive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site and the products, services, features, tools, or functionalities offered through it (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and all persons who access or use the Services in any manner.
Aurélie Archive is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling us to offer our curated selection of preloved, collectible, and limited-edition plush items to customers internationally. All transactions processed through the Site are solely between you and Elino Trading Limited, and not with Shopify. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using our Services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your residence jurisdiction, or that you are accessing the Services with the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian. To complete a purchase or to access certain features, you may be required to provide personal details including your name, email, billing information, payment method, and shipping address. You agree that all information you submit will be accurate, current, and complete, and you acknowledge responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If we believe your account has been compromised or misused, we reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate your account without prior notice.

Aurélie Archive specialises in curated preloved plush items, limited-edition plush collectibles, and other soft-toy treasures sourced from Europe and the United States. Many items offered through the Site are unique, retired, vintage, or previously owned. While we make every reasonable effort to describe each item accurately—including its condition, measurements, colours, and any known imperfections—you acknowledge that the nature of preloved items means that minor signs of age, wear, or earlier ownership may exist.
Colours may vary slightly due to differences in digital displays or lighting conditions, and measurements are approximate. Each item is photographed individually unless otherwise noted, and in most cases you will receive the exact item shown. We reserve the right to modify or remove product descriptions, availability information, or listings at any time without notice.
SECTION 2A — AUTHENTICITY AND PRODUCT SOURCE
Aurélie Archive is committed to providing an accurate and transparent representation of all products offered on the Site. Our catalog includes both new and preloved items, and the sourcing standards differ accordingly.
For new items, we source directly from authorised retailers, official distributors, or reputable partners to ensure authenticity.
For preloved items, authenticity is carefully assessed through our internal verification standards, which are based on material quality, construction details, tags, labels, and other product-specific indicators. However, as preloved products may originate from secondary markets, you acknowledge that we do not represent them as being purchased directly from the brand owner or its authorised channels.
By purchasing from Aurélie Archive, you understand and agree that:
• Some items are secondary-market products and do not come with original receipts, packaging, or manufacturer guarantees.
• We do not claim affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any brand whose products are sold on the Site.
• Minor variations arising from manufacturing processes, factory differences, or brand-specific quality tolerances are not considered defects.
If an item is officially known to have production irregularities or common factory inconsistencies, these are not considered faults and will not be grounds for return, exchange, or dispute.
SECTION 3 — ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
When you submit an order, you are making a legal offer to purchase the items selected. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to: item unavailability, errors in product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment issues. Your order is considered accepted only once payment is successfully processed and an order-confirmation email has been issued.
Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, cancellations are generally not possible after an order has been accepted. You agree that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale or commercial distribution unless explicitly authorised in writing.
SECTION 4 — PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in [insert currency], unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, or any additional fees imposed by your local authorities.
You are responsible for all import charges associated with the delivery of your order. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate. You authorise us to charge the full order amount—including shipping and applicable taxes—to the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
All orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times shown on the Site are provided for general guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be impacted by customs inspection, carrier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss, damage, delay, or theft transfers to you. We are not responsible for delivered items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We cannot be held liable for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the delicate, individual, and collectible nature of the items we offer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
An exception may be made if the item you receive is significantly different from its described condition. In such cases, you must notify us at info@aureliearchive.com within two (2) days of receiving the item, providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or partial refund.
General wear or variation inherent to preloved goods does not constitute grounds for return.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content appearing on the Site—including photographs, product descriptions, text, logos, graphics, and layout design—is the exclusive property of Elino Trading Limited and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our explicit written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
