Refund policy

All sales at Aurelie Archive are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Aurelie Archive will consider returns or exchanges only in the case of incorrect items being sent.

To qualify for a return or exchange under this exception:

You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and visual proof, including:
- Photographs of the item clearly showing the incorrect product.
- Unboxing video showing the item while opening the package, capturing the product as it is revealed.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Once the return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
We will either send the correct item or issue a refund for the affected item, at our discretion.
Shipping costs for returning the incorrect item will be covered by Aurelie Archive.

Items damaged due to shipping or handling by the carrier must be reported directly to the carrier for compensation; Aurelie Archive will not be responsible for carrier damages unless it was our error.
Items that do not meet the above criteria, including failure to provide unboxing video showing the item during opening, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Minor imperfections or manufacturing defects from the official manufacturer of the product are not the responsibility of Aurelie Archive.
